Two firms merge into Haines Watts

The Edinburgh practice of top 20 accountancy firm Haines Watts has merged with Benson & Co and Hodgson & Co

The merger represents part of HW's plans to strengthen its presence in Scotland despite the economic climate. “This is the time when our clients need our help most,” said Fraser Kerr, managing partner. “The strengthening of our team is happening at exactly the right time."
